N/C Diesel fuel treatment?

It's been years since we've had cold like this here in Pa. and wondering what you guys in mid west use to keep skid steer and tractors from gelling up?  Is mixing kerosene in with diesel fuel still good for this? I remember years ago grandpa would always mix cpl gallon of kerosene in a tank diesel fuel along with little motor oil for lubricant.

We have just been using the additive like we do in the truck or semi and keeping the tractor plugged in and haven't had any trouble yet this winter. On days we don't need to move hay or drive the truck we still go out and start them and let them warm up.

Diesel 911 has been our go to, can be 20 below and it will still clear up lines and keep them from gelling up.

We have been adding product called Sea Foam. Seems to help out in truck and tractor. I am ready to start making hay instead of melting ice!!!

Howes Diesel Treat, our tractor sits outside in SD, plug it in for a couple hours and fire it up.

Thanks to all.  Had the skidsteer stop this morning while moving hay.  Was -11 with a nice stiff breeze blowing. Started and ran ok for 15 mins then came to slow halt.

Mix some #1 diesel with your #2 too.

I use Howes all year long. It prevents a water slick from occuring in tank during the summer. If you wait till the day before the cold.....its almost to lait. 911 product is good. Have at least 2 new extra fuel filters on hand in vehicle.

#1 diesel and Power Service have worked for us. And yes mixing kerosene with your diesel will help.

I try to use Howes every tank all year.  It helps replace some of the lubrication factors lost with the ULSD since 2007.  Also get about 1 mpg better, less smoke, antigel, and injector cleaner.

Older NH 555 skidloader. Have had it for 10 yrs or so but we haven't had cold like this here in 20 yrs

Howes.  I live in Nebraska and most of my farmer/rancher/feedlot neighbors also use Howes in their trucks, tractors, and heavy equipment.
