Good morning,
I've got some property out in the country that I'm letting a local family put their show pigs, goats, and cattle on. I think the numbers are 8 show pigs, 2-4 show goats, and 2 calves. I won't be providing any feed or anything. The only thing I'd be providing are water, electricity, and the shelter, they're building their own pens out there. What would you charge for something like this? I don't want to make a killing and give them an honest place to stay, but I don't want to be paying for their electricity use etc.
