NEW MOD - Member Map - Really Cool

A great idea by RSC and Red led to the latest modification - Member Map.

It allows any Steerplanet Member to stick a pushpin where they live.  Each pushpin is linked back to the member by clicking on the pushpin or clicking on the member's name on the right.

To view the member map, go to http://www.steerplanet.com/bb/index.php?action=googlemap
or click the link on the green menu bar.

To put in your pushpin, update your profile and put in a pushpin.  You can easily update your profile by going to the link below.

Use the zoom feature to put your pushpin in your actual town, but I would not put your exact address.

thats a good map, you can zoom into far enough to make out ur own land, i actually put the pin right in the middle of pasture, on the satelite map part, check it out lol

Thanks for pointing out the Satelite option, that is cool.  On the otherhand maybe I should say NO Thanks, LOL.  After looking at my place on satelite I see some cleaning I need to do so I should run to Dads(20 Miles away) and get his loader tractor.  Problem is, the loader tractor has no cab and it's raining! (lol)

I would like to add a map like this to my wife's site with the locations of our sold puppies pinned.  Is there an idiots guide for doing this?
