I'm selling a bull in the classified ads. I just had a reply from someone that talks about the author having their "personal assistant " taking care of the details and there being a 10% commission fee on top of the purchase price. The phone number they gave comes up"Josephine TX" on the reply they are out of the country. I deleted the Email and I'm not responding to any more. Am I doing the right thing?
