Opinion on steer!!!

Here is a Doctor who steer I bought at NAILE. I was just wanting to know what everyones opinion on him was, good or bad. This is not the best pic of him, he had been haulled in a trailer for a few hours.

I really like him, looks a lot like my good Paddy steer from last year.

Who raised the steer? What is on the other side Dr. WHo x ?
Looks thick and stout. Maybe a little round in his make up and heavy fronted. Looks like a nice calf. Some other pictures may help evaluate him better.

Thanks for the complements OH Breeder.  I am not sure who raised him, but I talked to the owner at naile and he said he is Dr, Who x Angus steer out of Ohio.

I don't think he is at all heavy fronted, he has that nice fat steer look.  I think if you had him set right and dropped his hips, he would be very pleasing on the profile.  Good luck with him.

I have been trying to set him up better but I  cant to drop his hips, is there anything else I can do that will help?

Looks like a nice steer & you should do well?  What does he do if you scratch him with your stick right on top of his loin just ahead of his hip?
