Opinions on market heifer

Opinion on this Monopoly x Friction market heifer. Is she too extreme. I really don't feel pictures do her justice but I sure would love to hear other opinions on her. Sorry the pics were taken with my iphone.

And my thoughts, very nice looking market heifer. Very hairy, big boned, deep bodied. Looks like a little dirty up front but a lot of that is probably hair. Looks like a solid one!

For a market heifer she should do well,she may be a bit xtreme for a breeding piece though.

Thanks for the comments. Our goal was for a market heifer and no more. I know this sounds horrible to say but our goal is too be at least Reserve market heifer at MN State Fair. We have been after it since last year and we were one animal away from auction and think we have a legit chance this year but I don't want to get hopes up.

Darn right that's horrible to say......at LEAST RESERVE!  If she can move and you can grow hair, it's horrible to even consider reserve as your goal!!! 

Of course she's extreme...isn't that the point?  Make sure you get a LOT of hair on her and make sure she get's plenty of exercise so she stays flexible.  She is really powerful.

Agree on the exercise.  It can firm up a market calf as well as keep 'em flexible.  I don't mean turning her out at night.  They lay around, graze, eat hay...30 years ago I walked my 2 steers and 1 heifer up and down the driveway (1/2 mile making it a mile round trip) twice a day (morning & night) right after I rinsed and brushed them and before tying them with there heads up in front of the fans.  Also it can make them better to show as they are lead more often.

<beer>Thanks again for the comments we walk morning and evening after rinsing each time. So yes, they get walked a lot and school is finally out in Minnesota so we can start walking really hard. I am really excited but I don't want to get hopes up.
