He looks like he is close to there now, He is filled out, deep bodied, with out getting your hands on him to see how much finish he has, just based off the brisket and his tail head he could probably use a little mire finish. If he does need a little more finish feed him 2 pounds of Stabilized Rice Bran a day, just start him off on a pound the first few and work him up to 2. It is a little late but work the hair, brush up and forward at a 45, if you can get the hair to pop he will have a younger fresher look, you will also be able to it will also give his rear a wider look when trained. As far as the animal it looks like you have him reaching his potential, that is all you can strive for.

1350-1400 lbs. Hard to say, he is definitely deep sided. Good luck at your show.
