Well, we drug out our Feb bull, a Steel Force embryo bull we have been doing nothing with! He has been in a big pasture, all by himself, eating lush grass and clover... and show season is about to begin so I thought we better bring him in and start working on him. He has been in one time since last fall, to get a yearling weight. We really like him, but have no use for him. We AI everything, or put in embryos. We did not sell this guy because we want to show him this year, but will be selling him in the fall. He has been a fun project, and is a good bull personality wise, but we have never dealt with a bull this age so we are new to keeping them beyond the yearling point. We have used him on 2 cows, that will be due in October/November. Anyway, he weighed in at 1560 today, not bad for 15 months.
