Looking at other peoples nice pictures of cattle in their pastures got me in the mood to take some pics myself. Of course I get out there and the camera battery goes dead after three pics and the backup camera took terrible pictures. Oh well, better pics another day.

Thanks for the comments. Okotoks, I only have that heifer and another heifer that was born last week. This heifer pictured is really nice. This pic is the day after vaccinations and she isn't feeling the greatest. I will post some more pictures here in a minute. Her mother is the PB Maine Razor daughter. I'll try to find a better picture of this Waco heifer.

I love love love that DF Waco heifer she is amazing!  Do you have any new picture of the Complete bull??? I love his phenotype!!!!

Thanks for the compliments Jamie. When Brian Cates was out over a month ago he wanted to take a second look at that heifer and said "that is the kind of heifer that you come out in the pasture at night just to make sure she is still out there". I thought that was a pretty nice comment. She is probably one of the best I have raised. I haven't seen any Waco pictures that have made me think they are as good. I may be wrong on that but I really like her. As far as Complete, I don't have any new pictures of him. He is still doing great and keeps his flesh on him SO easily. He will go to work in about a week so that we can have April calves. I can't hardly give him much grain because he might get too fat. Bonus that he is so docile.

Thanks! She was purchased from Little Cedar Cattle Company in Michigan as a sexed heifer pregnancy. If your interested you might want to come out before they get here in a couple of weeks.

Updated picture of the DF Waco heifer. She was reserve feeder calf at our fair open show. Withstood some really good competition from in county and out of county breeders. Also, another picture of the Eldorado by Della's Solution bull calf that we have for sale. We will be getting a lot more calf pictures done in the next couple of weeks and I will be posting them. The Wingman heifer is looking pretty awesome too.

I have some sexed heifer semen on DF Waco and I will be flushing that calves dam next year after she has a Star Bucks heifer. After seeing the Star Bucks heifer born this morning out of a similar female (maine anjou) this morning, she may get flushed to Star Bucks also. Things are getting very interesting...  <rock>
