Has there been a red angus or limi(that was accidentally sired by the neighbor's bull) who has been th or pha positive ;)

If I understand your question the answer is no, but...

There were reported cases of AI Angus sired PHA calves, sort of like the thing with Ali, but it turned out these were bull bred and not AI sired.

Re Red Angus or Limi - since no one would be testing I don't think we would know if the neighbors carrier bull got in with the RA or Limi - so unless Sam the neighbors carrier bull got in with the Red Angus herd and sired PHA carrier calves and one of those females was bred to a carrier bull and had a PHA calf no one would ever look - I am not entirely sure that makes sense but if it doesn't Ill try again ;D
