Photo editing software

I'm looking for a photo editing software for our sale calves.  Nôt to try and change the physical look of calf. Just touch up color , halter removal etc.  Wat is good program to try for at home use. Thanks

PhotoScape is free and has a clone brush tool that would work to take off a halter and has your basic color, exposure, contrast adjustments. If you start with a decent quality photo it does pretty good to polish them a bit.

Another great free program that's similar to photoshop would be gimp.

do any of these programs allow you to do videos.  Like cutting out a section or piecing multiple segments together.  Or what is avaliable to do this sort of things.

For videos I just use the simple Microsoft Movie Maker that comes on every computer.  Works fine.
