I am relatively new to the show cattle business, I showed heifers all through high school and we have sold a hand full of steers as show calves and they have been successful. however, we had our first two show quality heifer calves born this season and are struggling with determining how much to sell them for. They are both 25% maintainers out of Peace of Mind, born in May 2025 and are halter broke and fairly gentle. The black heifers Dam is a Smokin Bob heifer, and the grey’s Dam is out of Perseverance. Any idea what would be a fair price for the breeding and effort?

I like the black one better.

Been out of the game for awhile but my prices would be $4000 for the black and $3000 for the cream but I may be undervaluing.
