Question about Implants and castration times

Good afternoon to everyone!  I was wondering how many people on here either castrate and/or Implant calves at a young age? If you do or if you do not could you please share your PRO'S/ CON"S of both or which ever one you do?  Thanks in advance.

I never implant.  Just got done castrating a half hour ago.  I raise most of my own bulls so I want to give them a chance to develop.  Also I get similar benefit from delaying castration as if I implanted.

Synovex C and castration at branding time (we don't brand). Show steers and heifers don't get another implant. Ralgro for steers going into the feedlot.
