There is one currently under construction in Western Nebraska now.  Cattle Feeders and Ranchers put up $100,000,000 to get it off the ground. 

Very exciting time for these business people.  I am hopeful that the consumer will embrace the concept and perhaps be willing to spend a little more for a locally owned, raised, and harvested product.  I can tell you that we will.
