I don't know about recycled. I know Double G has been buying good eggs, flushes and donors for a few years. These cattle are a product of those choices it looks like. The cattle have some good genetics behind them for the most part. There is some in there from Lazy Bar F and the LBD herd that I don't know a lot about the genetics. I know that first year sale can be kind of tough. Maybe with it the same weekend as the Revival it might bring in some extra people?

Any body have thoughts on? I had a guy ask me about the sale. Looked like to me all the bloodlines are top notched. Somebody told me that the herd was recycled CYT cattle. I wonder what the Hot Commodity semen will bring? Thanks in advance

“Somebody told you they were all recycled CYT cattle.” You sound like fake news.

My cousin heard from a dude at the bank that the trainer from KU said Les Miles was about to recruit a transfer from Ohio State. Somebody said he’s a recycled QB. Who knows. Might be true. Let’s put it on the internet.

We all know those who collect others “high dollar” genetics rarely see a return on investment. What’s the saying? The path to hell is paved with good intentions ? Once the newlywed period wears off, the reality sets in.

I apologize......I guess. The guy is from eastern Kansas. He claimed that the CYT herd was dis-bandoned or went broke or something. I didn't want to start a rumor. But since ole e6 wants the truth. gee yas key riest. Recycled is now a banned word?

No it’s not a banned word. But posting speculation as reality doesn’t do anybody any good. And I just like to mess with you. Interesting spelling of our lord and savior too.

Interesting....last I knew you were a proud atheist.

That’s not accurate either. Never said I was an atheist. I’ve only questioned the legitimacy of the Bible and other religious doctrines. I think they are just stories that offer life lessons and humans spun them to control the masses.

If there is a creator, who created the creator?

That’s deep. So it’s a succession? Then the creator isn’t immortal? What’s the point of us then? What purpose do we serve the creator? Heaven must be pretty full these days and hell has to be overflowing. What does the creator get in return for granting us eternal life or eternal damnation ? Honest questions on my part. Not being a smart ass.

I really like the direction these guys are taking with some of the cattle-and its a critical one-SHOW CATTLE OR NOT. The Final Fours are very young but the kind I like-late bloomers that really come on and look like beef cattle. The  Lot 19 bull calf  by Final Four is as good an animal of this genre as there has been ANYWHERE. RE : NON FICTION Calving Probabilities and some really good cows in the background,That has the look to go out, work, and in the females cases-ACTUALLY RAISE A CALF.-I MEANT THE PUREBRED KIND OF CATTLE THAT ALSO SHOW FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS: NOT GRASSFED PERFORMANCE CATTLE-OR SELF FEEDER ALL YOU CAN EAT CORN FED PERFORMANCE CATTLE( FROM NORTHERN OHIO)-ILL use him if he gets collected

I am kinda with E6 on this one. I don't know what some people think the Bibles says about the Biblical flood........but there was not one in North America........not 4,000 years ago.

Agree with no flood 4K years ago. What about 12,600 years ago though? Around that time the oceans were 400 feet lower and a giant ice cap covered half of North America. An impact into that ice sheet could cause a great flood as is evident in Washington and Montana. Randall Carlson has some interesting hypothesis on this. The CIA declassified a book from th early 60’s. It was about the magnetic poles flipping and unleashing six days of hell on earth. Walls of water miles high roll across the continents. 1000 mike an hour winds then a flash freeze. In six days it’s over but the entire planet has been completely changed. Continents sink and new ones arise. Putting any survivors back into the Stone Age. Humans have existed for around 350,000 year. Yet we only know about 10k years or so of our history. I think the stories of great floods could be from either of these cataclysmic events. Interesting enough the book that was declassified was 280 pages long and only 58 were released.

I think all religions go back to a similar beginning butover time the stories change. Like the telephone game we played in elementary school. I think putting all your eggs in one basket for eternal life is a risking wager at best. Nobody knows how or why we are here. We share 96% of our DNA with chimps. We just figured out how to make a fire and cook. Our brains grew much more after that and we evolved as the superior species. For now anyway.

We are going to try and make it over to Seminole for the sale....as for the other stuff, only thing I have to say is that I'm pissed the government treats us like children and withholds information from us they think we can't handle.

The Washington and Montana was a local flood but it is a fact. Natural history has not had a devastating event in North America in probably millions of years. If you study natural history.....how bison antiqious changed to bison ocidentalous to bison bison. Study trees. Study early people in North America. Hell tale prairie dogs. You are telling me that Noah had prairie dogs on the ark.....with landed in the country of Turkey 4,000 years ago.....and somehow these prairie dogs swam across the Atlantic ocean and ended up in Sherman county 4,000 years later. No.....that didn't happen. I believe in God but there is a farm boy common sense factor that kicks in for me.
