There's only one part missing! Apparently Iowa is a combination of Kansas and Nebraska. If Kansas is represented by hicks and Iowa represented by hicks and gays, that only leaves Nebraska to be one thing. BILL SNYDER IS BACK!!!

Mexico territory ran up against the arkansas river untill the the what mid 1800's. Pike was kidnapped by the mexican government. I do realize that any thing bthat happened before elvis isn't importantant though. ;D
