S Rice Bran vs Power Fuel

I've read posts on here about both products and understand you can't use both in conjuction with one another.  My question...is one more superior than the other or both basically the same thing?

Power fuel, has a base of rice bran with a whole bunch more of vitamins and minerals, and a much higher fat content.
