Searching Old Topics

I don't know if I'm getting dumber or this new site needs tuned up, but I can't find how to search a topic that hasn't had a recent post.

What I'm trying to find is the discussion about 5 day synching and using two shots of PG 8 hours apart or at one time.  I picked up synching drugs today and my Vet said the new protocol is the 5-day with PG given on day 5, in 2 injections, 5 ml. each, at the same time, not 8 hrs. apart.  I'm not sure where he got this info, but he had gone to a DVM conference a few months ago and it might have been there.  You have to use 2 injection sites because 10 ml. is too much in one location.

Do any of you have anything new to offer?

The top search above searches steerplanet pages indexed by google.  The reason we use it is a lot faster and puts no stress on our database, which honestly since we have upgraded, it shouldn't be a problem anyway.  I will probably add a link so that the user has a choice of searches.

That's the way I've been doing the 5 day protocol for the past 2 years.  Seems very effective.
