Both straws are the same size 1/4 cc versus 1/2 cc for most conventional semen. The difference is the concentration of sperm cells per straw. 5 million vs. 2.1 million. Hope this helps!

Approximately 3 mls!

Seriously though, it is the number of sperm in the straw. Like stumpy said, smaller straw, less sperm. Remember, it only takes one little swimmer!!!
