sheepdog herding?

in my my down time i train dogs to herd sheep i was wondering if anybody else trains dogs to herd sheep

I raise and train Hangin Tree Cowdogs .. We mainly work cattle but sometimes in dog trials we will work sheep just for the fun of it.

No we don't but sure could use your help?  My male border collie 'Ace' is almost a year old and sure is ready to work... I need help or need to buy a video or something so husband and I are on the same page with the commands.  We want him to help work our sheep but seems more interested in the cows.

First command they must learn is down.  I want them wot drop when I say down.  Come is also on that list.  Once you have that you can build.

my kelpies herd like sheepdogs but they are all cowdog. we would be eatin alot of lamb chops around here if i had to work sheep with them. but my 12 week old pups herd a few goats around the corrals
