I have created two separate stalls in my barn for the show steers to eat and be under fans. There is currently just a dirt floor. What should I put down to create the best show stall for my steers. I appreciate any and all advice. Thank you.

Cedar fiber is the best imo, but wood chips, mulch is not a bad alternative.

Cedar fiber is the best, I'm sure if you do a search for cedar fiber bedding you can find something in your area. We would put a 4-6 inch deep bed down, soak it and pack it tight, makes it very easy to keep clean, easy to remove the manure. We also used a stomp mat under the front feet in the area they were tied in. The brand we used was "Cedarest" but i think it might be a regional product.
