Simmy steer registration question

To register a simmy steer- what are the requirements?
(such as color, percentage and which parent has to be registered?)
I tried looking up the infromation on the association's website, but wasn't able to find anything.

Color: No requirements

Percentage: You can register one that is at least 1/4 but I believe to show at major shows they have to be 1/2.

Which parents: If the sire has the only simmy blood contributing to the calf he should already be registered and you don't have to worry about the dam being registered with them..just put down the dam's tattoo and other breed # if there is one. If the dam has the Simmy blood she needs to be registered and the sire, regardless of what the sire is he needs to be registered as a foundation sire.

That's a link to the printable registration form and it tells you what data is required to register an animal. For the junior nationals guidelines it says at least 1/2 blood.

Good.  We have a carmel colored calf and wanted to make sure color doesn't matter.
