I realy like him, great length, really level topped, good bone, with all four feet pointing the right way.  I take it this is after running with some cows?  Might like him a touch deeper, and just don't love the Red Rider color that came thru.  And if that is the worst I can come up with, he must be pretty solid!

Thanks. Yea , he came out of the cows last week. I agree there is a couple of things that I would change, but if he had been perfect I wouldn't have been able to afford him. I think he is going to be fairly easy calving with the way he is bred , but still have some performance and eye appeal to the calves.

That's a very good looking bull! I really like his length and smoothness. His actual weights are very nice, reasonable birth weight but he still has some good performance (thumbsup)

Excellent show breeding, plus the 844 makes him home run for calving ease. Nice bull  (clapping)

like his lines.  add more beef, upper rib dimension, he's still got a little fat on his pone, so i would like a little more muscle and make him polled.  nice smooth shoulder and lines through his withers, which is where i always look first.

He is polled. Scurs are showing. Not attached. Old timers say you will get more polled calves from a scurred bull than a smooth head !! ??????

what do new timers say?

do stats bear this out?

at least he can make non-scurred if he's hetero scurried, unlike a female who is homozygous probably if it's a single gene.

Nice bull Doc! Looks very structurally correct and reminds me a little of star bucks at that age. Do you think he will stay somewhat moderate or get big?

Doc, I like your bull as well. He has a nice combination of moderate BW with some good growth and he has good length and soundness. Really like the shape of his shoulder. I expect he will be a good calving sire.

Straight topped, clean sheath, big nutted bull. I'd like to shorten his muzzle a touch and add a little more depth behind his ribs. Overall a very good bull. But wait doc! He is all red lol! Are you turning over to the all red shorthorn mafia!? Haha. Just kidding. I couldn't resist. Bulls pedigree is pretty proven. I suspect you know what type he works on. Interesting to see calves in the future. Thanks for sharing.
