when farming is outlawed through mandated high land prices, over-regulation, easements, things will start to improve because only then will america figure out what the problem is.  developer control at the local level to essentially mandate the conversion of low property tax revenue protperty into high property tax revenue by allowing rezoning and support for the death tax, property will essentially become owned by multiple people and it will be MORE difficult to get anything productive done.  it's gonna crash.  i just hope i live long enough to see the turnaround and see those responsible squirm like chris dodd, who has the gall to see "proof" of a viable plan from the auto makers, yet it was HIS plan that ruined fannie mae, freedie mac, but of course liberals can't and won't see that or disseminate it on the nightly news because they are collectivists, stateists, and ultimately communists.  just a matter of time till their actions fit the "true" definition.

From what I have been hearing there would be another election in which case I would bet it would be Hillary.  Hopefully from what some people have said it goes before the supreme court on the 5th for them to make a decision if he has to produce it or not.
