Here are some pics of some of my 2013 calves. I am very proud of them.. The heifer was born in mid-feb and the steers were born on sunday and today, so they are young but they pack some power!
pic 1&2= Bodacious x All About You x Draft pick. The pics don't do this heifer any justice. I have been in on some really good heifers, but this little girl is special to me. The first 3 weeks she was born I thought she was average. these last two weeks she has turned on the jets. the first pic was her like 10 days ago and the 2nd pic was taken 2 days ago. Pics dont do her justice. She is awesome in person
pic 3= Walks Alone X Total Solution x In dew Time bull. Pictured at around 3 hours old.
pic 4= Bodacious x Angus bull calf. Born after midnight and pictured at daybreak so only a few hours old.

I am very happy with these calves! The main thing is I havent lost any or pulled any which means a lot. The biggest calf was the heifer and she was 76 pounds!

How did your cow do with calving the Walks Alone calf? Was he a pull? I have a cow due to him April 5th

Thought I would update some on the calves. All three calves have sold. I am uploading a pic of the heifer (scurred)(bodacious x all about you x draft pick). this is her the first week in may. the 2nd pic is the bodacious x angus steer on the same day!

That I would update a little more. First pic is the Bodacious heifer. pics 2-5 are of an Alias x Direct Hit x Simmy steer that I was involved with. I clip for the woman who raised him and I sold him and kept show rights for my state fair. he went there and was selected supreme champion prospect

Like the Alias calf.  A silver Alias steer just won my neighboring county's fair.  Was super impressive.  Nice pics and congrats on getting them all sold.

Not Bad?  I could care less WHAT the pedigree, that calf is quite a bit better than "not bad"!

Thanks! He is different for an Alias. Really sound and gets his hair from Direct Hit. Thanks for all the positive feedback
