We finally got some sunshine so went out to the pasture to check cows.

Wyatt- they are fullblood Galloways

Chiangus- the weather definitely helps, but most Galloways will have that much hair all summer.

Okotoks- She is a 10 year old cow that has always done well for us.  Her calves are never over 80lbs, and always have the Galloway characteristics of good solid structure and of course the double haircoat.

galloways never have anough hair they look like they are shaved (lol) i would love a halfblood galloway here just for the hair good cows tho (thumbsup)
