What kind of radios/ speakers do you all have that you take to shows to play music. Ones loud enough to be heard over the noise!! Thanks!
Totally agree.LLBUX said:Please consider that many folks do not appreciate the loud music, or genre of music you might play.
One family this summer played music very loud and included rap music littered with f- bombs.
I finally went over and pulled the plug so the neighboring kids did not had to hear that nonsense.
Don't go too loud and watch the language.

Do us all a favor and wear ear buds.

DLD said:It doesn't have to be inappropriate to be annoying. The worst I've run into for a long time were playing contemporary Christian music. So loud we had to yell at one another 80' away. When I asked them to please turn it down, I was first told we should rejoice in their choice of music... They turned it down a little when I asked then 20 minutes later it was louder than before. After this happened a couple of times I very kindly explained that if I had to ask again I was going to take my shovel and make their big high dollar speaker into little worthless pieces. I didn't have to ask again.
I like music. We play a radio in our barn almost constantly and I don't mind it at shows at a civilized level. If your music is too loud, you know it, and you're just being a jerk if you keep it up. If you're being a jerk, you have to expect somebody to call you on it.
