My 7 year old daughters 3 year old cow just had her third calf.  Lexi was very excited and really wanted to go ahead and bring them to the show barn because she knows they are going to be great show heifers.  It makes this dad very happy when his kids are excited about the calves. By the way she named them Sprinkles and Sparkles.  So if some day you are buying a flush from a cow named Sprinkles or Sparkles you can say you saw them here first.

The Answer bull is looking really good.  We weighed him the middle of August and he weighed just over 1000 pounds, he is on track to have a 1250 yearling.  Hopefully we will have him right at 1300 at Louisville.  He is really big hipped and super sound.  How did the Looker bull hold together over the summer?
