Stainless Steel???

Many people been using him lately? What do you think he works best on? thanks for your opinions

I used him back for '08 calves, I think...  Nice calves, just had a temper that I couldn't break.  I used him on deep, good old Angus cows- and for the most part that's about what I'd recommend him used on based off of MY experience. 

This is probably the best calf we got from him- at a month of age I would guess based off of memory.  She would be from a commercial Angus cow.

This calf ended up killing herself.  I was breaking her to lead, and not making much for progress= was into the deal a week or two.  She got spooked, which wasn't all that odd since blowing leaves would scare a terd out of her-- and she ended up dragging me across the lot-- where she spun around right into a pile of tin that we were in the process of using to build a new shed- and cut her tendon on the back leg to the bone...  We ended up shooting and butchering her within 10 min.  never seen an animal loose so much blood so fast.

used him a couple yrs ago i think it was a '11 calf we got out of him. we used him on a big ole hereford cross cow thats bigger than most cows ive ever seen. gotta heifer calf. chocolate colored, so all brown with some white and black here and there. calved in this yr and we had a problem, calf was only 65 and we still had a hard time pulling the calf. she's really tiny in the pelvic area. but this heifer is really small statured and real deep bodies, with decent amount of muscle. i wish i would have shown her as a heifer. but idk if i would use him again. i think that we got lucky with what we got out of him.

He throws pretty cool calves but I agree with both posts, many people said the same about the temper and that their calves out of him are hot blooded, I heard the Pelvic issues too. Have any of ya'll used Walks Alone, Believe in Me, or Two Tone?

I have a maternal sister by Hannibal that is a smoke and very good.

I just blood tested a char X cow and she came back confirmed bred to him so im pretty pumped to see the calf, a garented smoke calf

One of my friends is showing a steer that is a full sib to this bull pretty good char steer.

ur not guaranteed a smoke we thought ours was gonna be a smoke and she was all brown no smoke whatsoever, her dam had a uno mas this yr and that was a smoke, but not the stainless steel. i like the uno mas we got, shes pretty deep, and massively thick, but still freaky fronted and super sound, with some eye appeal.

no we haven't used any of them yet, weve used stainless, hard drive, uno mas, and we got some indian outlaw for that hereford cow. ive used manchild, i am legend, money man, ali and clone, smoking joe, and final answer on my maine and mainetainers. and we bred a few to eye candy this yr. my favs were calves i had this yr. a smokin joe on a hard core, i am legend on ali x maine x angus x shorthorn, and final answer on ali x meyer 734 x angus.

We had a couple smoke calfs that were pretty stout.  Sold both to families in Ok.
