Thoughts on micro haircoat solution by KNS, the green stuff, or fresh and full

Are any of the haircare products listed above any good? Or should I just keep paying the extra money for show coat? Thanks in advance!

Others will chime in and say nothing beats elbow grease and rinsing twice a day, and I'll agree with them. BUT, we've been using the Green Stuff for a year and it's done really well for us.
