Sometimes you get those PPM moments that end up turning out. I obviously didn't pull the bull out of the pasture early enough last summer and ended up with one of my favourite heifers, Diamond Dazzling Maid 2D, calving at just under 16 months. The calf is sired by Frimley Cowboy Logic 24C. The interesting part is this was my oldest Diamond Lord Belmore 56B heifer and she has a great udder, had a light birth weight calf and in one of our driest, hottest summer in years has grown and maintained good condition while raising a pretty decent calf. That makes me pretty excited to see what Lord Belmore's daughters do as two year olds. Her three old dam Diamond Bedazzling Maid 64B, a daughter of Diamond Zulu 3Z, is raising another great Diamond Lord Belmore 64B heifer calf this year.
First pic is Dazzling Maid 2D just after calving on May 19th.
Second Pic is a family group with 64B with her two daughters and grandson, already a matriarch at 3 years!
3rd pic is 2D and 55E in August
4th pic is 55E a couple of days ago
5th pic is 64B and her heifer calf this year.

Good to see Zulu's daughters and granddaughters doing well in your herd.  Several of his daughters have reached production age now for me and I can honestly report they are making tremendous cows.  I have several fall two year Zulu daughters calving now to a son of Hot Commodity.  This is an exceptional group of cattle.  Somebody could sure pick out show heifer or herd bull prospects out of this set. I have about 25 daughters of Zulu with more on the way this fall and next spring.  I'm really looking forward to the first calves out of General, the Zulu son we kept.  He looks awesome.  Keep me posted on the development of your bull calf.

All my weaned hf calves get abortion shots. I think that it was siblings doing the breeding here.
