Lots of interesting pedigrees///// and BWS O0

Unless you took the time to look each animal up by name, how do you know that?? With a lot of HC's, Evolution's and JSF bred cattle, I wouldn't think that the BW's are that out of line.
There is some good looking cattle in the sale and cattle that I would be happy to bring home.

Because I remember the basic breeding on the dams of alot of the cattle from looking at the catalogs every year -One shot of hot commodity does not clear up several generations of trump solution WACO etc Those genetics in the background can come back even if the certainty is not a constant  To each his own-They are beautiful cattle like alot of the US show genetics-and its very hard to show or get much $ interest in the more functional cattle without years of concentration and effort in that direction  I am basing my opinion on my experience with a few cow families that I have bred uninterrupted since 1990 - JMO and-the opinions of friends who have used the same genetics  O0

I live not far from Hill Haven and have been fortunate enough to observe the Firestorm story unfold.  First time I saw him was as a yearling.  My comment then was "best Shorthorn bull I've seen".  After seeing his mother and a pile of offspring, my opinion has not changed.  Show cattle?  Sure, but also a commercial man's dream.  I wouldn't write that herd off as simply show cattle.

still, your sale is non-existent so we can make dismissive comments on your program like you do constantly with your comments.

obviously, you only exist to bad mouth now and care more about that than anything.

I think Hill Haven has done a good job with combining a lot of US genetics with Canadian genetics. They did produce a bull called Bold that did a good job for a lot of people. We had a full brother to him that did a good job for us. Dale and Matt up there are good people and have done a good job with their cattle.

I dont have a sale with three cows and 85 embryos-Im not dismissing anything-just stating an opinion They are beautiful show cattle -In some cases  like the 26th versions of Myrtal Bo or Margie Solutions  If they really want calving problems then the next steps are to incorporate Maxim or the Max Rosas-Id even be careful with last years National Champion Shorthorn bull by Maxim-or is it Maxum-You are more than welcome to expound upon the pedigrees and backgrounds of all these cattle-but I dont think you have the parts Why-Mad Max even predates Trump if Im not Mistaken if only by a year and the influence is still around 28 years later Even more educational-the highest yield grade Shorthorn bull currently recorded in the breed (compared with bulls as far back as 30 years ago) is JSF Mccoy-who is a Proud Jazz out of a Mad Max x GS Touches Norseman cow Imagine that-and Max was raised (and shown to Championships at Louisville Denver, and finally Supreme overall breeds at the North Dakota Winter Show) by an illiterate hillbilly from Berryville Va  There were others  Bulls and heifers So bring on the psycho babble -and dont forget to tell the cows how to vote O0

Decent post. You ended on a low note.

I think you should vote democrat.

200 million people might die before you post agAin.

I think he meant 200,000 dead so far in US.

He’s more gaffe prone than Bush, Obama, and Trump combined.

So the cows should vote for you-except even they are not quasi religious about an individual controlled by the socialist Russians Who bought tens of $millions of US Dollars from North Korea-They were so authentic the treasury coudnt even tell-they went shopping in New York and spent it all with one real estate developer who was about to go under O0

Always nice to see people totally change the topic to something that has nothing to do with what was posted. Really don’t care if someone rips on the animals that’s there opinion, but if ya have never owned one from our program or done anything with them, then ya really have a very poor misguided opinion. But thanks for checking them out lol

I agree I will only  vote for Trump as the 4 legged congressman except hes deceased I havent worked with your cattle but I do have reservations about some of the breeding-especially WACO never said all of the ones back there in the woodpile were bad to begin with- I also have reservations about some of my cattle from back in the day which I guess are inadvertently still around in some programs and  which you probably have not accessed either But I do know the ones I raised -Mad max was big-his calves will be big-ad Solution and it can be a train wreck 1 2 or 5 generations later in the wrong genetic lineup  O0

I saw the Firestorms in Louisville last fall and was absolutely impressed.  Great cattle.  BWs on those lines of cattle in my herd have been manageable, not ever a problem with cows.
