it's clear government no longer views the public as having any responsibility, otherwise, government would be shrinking.  

state's rights are non-existent.  

the path must be not be deterred, just as it has throughout history with most unable to see that history is a circle.

it's also clear, to me at least, that government has no responsibility as it subverts citizenship with a disdain to anyone who raises a voice that there should be an orderly procession to accept the mantle of responsibility.
