Was this guys name Alfred Packer? ;D
According to the trial judge, there were only 7 Democrats in Hinsdale County and Packer ate 5 of them, so apparently he had a redeeming quality. (thumbsup)

That guy needs to hire him a good steer fitter.  Personally, I would bypass the cosmetic dehorning and first reduce the scrotum size before he is able to reproduce.

Certainly steer material.  Not even a question of should he wait until weaning and see what he looks like.  Band that one at birth.

I had a KU grad student that there was data that claimed the Donner party didn't partake because of some bone studies. Weren't there diaries and etc collected......a book written? Iwas supposed to have like a great great uncle buried in the Donner pass area as he was returning from the Spainish American war or civil war or something he died. He was a Morman and this account was mentioned in one of the Moorman history books.

They can make up data for anything. It happened for sure, they found more than one persons journal to have accounts of cannibalism.  For some reason my 5th grade teacher taught us about this endlessly. Not sure why I remember that, but at least I remembered something

I once read a book on the ordeal and it got to be depressing after weeks reading. Just hopelessness and despair.......kinda like selling red calves at a salebarn. ;D

How does Saskatchewan compare on people per square mile to Wyoming?  We have about 520,000 people and 97,000 square miles making about 5.3 people per square mile.  Getting to be too many for me.   <cowboy>

Saskatchewan is 404533 square miles with a population of 1,040,000 for  2.57 people per square mile. The Northern half or more of the province has a low population a sit is basically lakes, trees and rocks. A great place to go fishing though, although I never have done it.  For comparison purposes Texas is 268,820 square miles which makes it about 2/3 the size of Saskatchewan.
There are still places in southern Saskatchewan where the population is pretty low. I delivered a bull to a ranch west of here this spring, and the guy said he had to drive 72 miles to even buy a can of pop.

i'm sorry but saskatchewan is not bigger than texas from everywhere i've been able to find it is254,900 square miles while texas is 268,601 square miles

Ya. Try setting around, catching a late summer meal watching the news, and this dude's picture pops up. I shot water out of my nose! The news said his mom was "having trouble" with him..... I wonder when that started? With the piercings, the tattoos or the horns?? Hello people... some people shouldn't be allowed to reproduce. BTW, he was seen driving a van. Anyone else find that scary?!?!?

Was it down by the river?

My apologies, I actually found an error on a site I looked at to get the actual square mile area of both SK and TX. You are correct. I stand corrected, Texas is bigger than Saskatchewan in area, but I bet it doesn't have fish and mosquitos as big!  Sorry for the error. It was not intended.

Texas has swamps in the east and desert in the west. The no. 1 cow calf state in the world.

Texas is at a disadvantage because the big bass are in ponds and Canadian fish are in lakes-what is tha average size of a Canadian pond-I bet Texas ponds are bigger than Canadian ponds,as for the moskitos-Texas mosquitos are smaller framed and more efficient like the cattle, the Canadian Mosquitos only look bigger because they have more hair due to the weather. Canadian mosquitos buzz funny. I guess the same with Texas mosquitos though. Kansas has dry playas in the west.
