I would talk to edje.  Look up K_State_Katy she works for them she could give you a price list.

I found EDJE and others to just be too expensive for me.  It seems like they always include unlimited updating with the hosting along with wanting to design the site.  Well, for me, I already have a site designed and up and I prefer to do my own updates as far as adding the cattle, etc., that people post with me to sell.  I post them nearly the day I get the $ for the ad.  Some of the better known hosts and designers take days or weeks to get the new info up.  I can't wait that long when people who have paid me are waiting to see their ads.  I've been quoted by 3 good outfits $250 quarterly and that doesn't include any design or a new site.  Well, $1000/year is too steep for me.

We use ranch house designs.  They are great to work with, update website within a day, creative and have a well rounded staff.  (You pay for what you get)

Other companies that you may look into is denton designs, correspond in a click, stephanie cronin.

As far as advertising- I think Showsteers.com is a main sourse of traffic for us.

But I think that if we could advertise on this site (hint hint**), I think this site would be a good way to advertise too, especially with all of the people that use this site according to cattle.com.
