I could be wrong but I think the old stand by Who Made Who would do the job but he needs to be used on the right type of cows.

Northern Improvement for an Angus does  nice job of adding extension through the front.
I have not used the angus bull Rodman but the calves I have seen all seem to have nice fronts.

Freddy -- If I recall correctly, you raised Northern Gun.  What would you say are the differences or respective strengths and weaknesses between Northern Gun and Northern Improvement?  Would you use them in different situations or do they throw similar calves?

Full Moon puts a really nice front on the calves.
I'd take him off this list. Have only seen only with a nice front. Most of the others were bold shouldered, and straight up front. He does put the length in one but deffinatly not the freak.

I will try to answer your question  GoWyo  about the father an son, the N GUN calves might be a little easier fleshing  an other wise are quite a bit a like ..
CARROSELL FARMS used him strong an the bull is still going, there biggest problem Brad said was they have to keep him  separate from other bulls because he wants to fight all the time ...Mac Smith in Kentucky also had real good luck with him an said for an ANGUS bull he had  'THE LOOK '' an a great front end on him ...  As some of my females get older out of him an every one is backing off  the size thing ,will proably put in another batch an also still have some embryo's ...Have a couple sons of his out of a GT MAX cow in our sale this year an they look very good ..His full sisters have made some very good calves for X calves ,INCOGNITO was a bull calf Tony sent down south out of OPAL ...OUR  0808  a full  has put some good show calves out out of FRICTION  an MILKMAN , an will have two ET calves out of  SIMPLE  MATH  this spring .. The full sisters have sure held up their end for him ...

Freddy the cow I am flushing Rancher X HooDoo Z7001 George (EF1095191) She is moderate deep and wide her brisket is a little deep up front and she needs a better neck set thinking of mixing tank and Troubadour just hate to get pink nose calves because I am breeding for slick shear steers. I also purchased EF1095179,EF1095180,Ef1111368,F1111198,F1095112 and EF1111388. You can see the camp Cooley catalog at Campcooleygenetics.com

Steerjokey's new bull reminded me of this one.  The 8 Seconds bull of Kephart and Kris Black's will throw some really freak fronted ones.  He is a Mossy Oak x ?(not sure right now).
