What bull to use?

Your heifer is clean, correct? Hot Shot did end up testing PHAC. He would complement your heifer though. I would personally be hoping for a heifer calf out of Hot Shot. He will make them pretty, but the power will  need to come from the dam. JMO. Brent

im still liking flush he would make a really attractive calf i believe, i would think she should have plenty of guts for him and he may make the calf have a rocket front...or maybe one of his sons like mossy oak...or a heat seeker son like Dr. Hook ive seen some pretty good calves out of him

TMJ - you said you've seen some really good tycoons, do you know what the cows were that the calves were out of?  Is he much of a cow changer or not?
Wiley - I like the full flush idea.  Also, are there other heatseeker sons you would recommend besides dr. hook?

I have never pulled a HW calf that had a normal presentation. Had my first Naughty Pine this year and he wieghed 150 pounds, the cow has some bw behind her, but my goodness, thats crazy. Had my fist Hired Man and he tipped in at 135. My first 'assist' on a HW today, leg back. After I got the leg up she about put him on me. As much HW that is used on EVERYTHING he is going to get some monsters. Use that many of some of the other bulls you'll get some bigguns sneak up on you every once in a while.  I would not reccomend NP, HM or MM on a second calver. Just by my observations.  By the way the 150 pounder was getting licked off by his mother an hour after water bag, born unassisted, that girl has some room!!

I am thinking that I will use either Gigolo Joe or Tycoon.  So now that I've narrowed it down to those two, what do you think?  Any more info on the bulls would be appreciated.
