Heatwave X Dr. Who/Simmy (Had eight calves this year out of her first flush, sold every one)
Heatwave X WMW (Big, Stout, Athletic looking cow.  Hope heatwave will do the rest on her)
Heatwave X Foreplay/Topper (A Foreplay daughter out of one the more impressive donors I've seen.  Unproven flush, but lots of potential here)
Monopoly X WMW/Sim-Ang (This cow is a half sister to Eckloff's #55 Donor. One stout rip.  Pretty excited to see these)

We started early this morning with a red neck roan ET heifer by Saskvalley Pioneer 126P and Prairie Lane Sparkle 1K. Three hours later another recip was calving, and in short order had a red ( with a few white markings) ET full sister to the first one. Both very vigorous and so far both have all their ears... it is -35 here this morning. I held my breath for the last few days thinking they were going to calve before the New Year, but it worked out very well. I have attached pictures of the sire and dam. Sparkle is the dam of Wolf Willow Major Leroy 1M x and has calves in 5 countries now. A daughter was recently sold to Cyclone Trace in Iowa.

We won't have any more calves until mid February. Several more ET's coming including some from Pheasant Creek Leader 4th, an excellent bull from the 60s, who was the last Shorthorn sire at Remitall Cattle Co. We will also get our first calves from CYT Pure Power, as well as a bunch from Major Leroy and Matrix. This crop has all the makings of being one of our best sets ever!
