what to breed baldy grizzley first calf heifer

I have a tremendous grizzley daughter that I will be breeding in december.  She is a quarter simmy, quarter maine, the rest angus with a splash of chi.  In the future I would like to bred her to a siimmy fullblood but I am leaning toward breeding her to I-80 for her first calf.  Any suggestions would be helpfull.
