My kids were suppose to start school tomorrow but we now have a hurricane heading for us. So school has been canceled until futher notice. I hope the storm does not cause much damage and they can go back somethime this week because I am ready for them to go back!!!!!! We had this happen four years ago and it took weeks before they got to go back to school.
It starts next Wednesday for me. I will be a junior. I am not excited but after four days of school I miss three for my county fair. I am REALLY excited for that.
I remember my freshman year. It is a big culture shock, but just remember to study. I didn't my first year and they kicked me out without even failing one class. D doesn't mean diploma anymore.
as for me I start my senior year on Monday. Last year(mabye?)
In Texas, "CRAZY TEXAS", we don't start school until the last week of August. Someone did some research and said that we use more electricity in August than Sept., Oct., Nov. combined. So we start don't until August 27.
I go back to college for my sophmore year next Monday (Aug 25th). I'm not ready to go back. I prefer to stay home and work with my show heifers. Oh well, at least I don't have to live on campus.
