DSC said:$148,000 heifer??? I was there and nothing went for even close to that. I think high seller was $24,000.
Pat...are you confident in Rumor Mill for a calving ease bull on heifers? Also, will he sire a red calf, or homozygous black? thanks!PWolfe said:DSC said:$148,000 heifer??? I was there and nothing went for even close to that. I think high seller was $24,000.
In the sale report, it read that lot 1, a Rumor Mill x Hard Core heifer, sold for $145,000. The comma was placed at the wrong spot; she actually brought $14,500. We were very pleased with how the Rumor Mill calves sold as a whole.

WOW 14,500 is still a great selling price out of a rookie bull. What kind of calves have you been seeing out of powerful clubbybred heifers. I have been seeing alot out your bull on here. I bet your very pleased.PWolfe said:DSC said:$148,000 heifer??? I was there and nothing went for even close to that. I think high seller was $24,000.
