Looking to find out if the steers that sold through the governors auction are killed.  If its a terminal auction.  Thanks

It is a terminal show. The ones that make the auction often get bought by larger businesses/ groups from the southern part of the state. Years ago, most of the resulting beef was donated to shelters and charities in the Milwaukee and Madison areas. Not sure if this is still the case though.
