WOW! Doyle Lawson.  Who would have thought there would have been a Quicksliver playing Bluegrass?  Quicksilver Messenger Service was one of San Francisco's original psychedelic bands of the late 1960s.  My association with Big Hats was "Mad Hatter", a name often given to one in the art of Hat Making.  The Mercury used in the process made them crazy.  Quicksilver is another name for Mercury.
