In my opinion great guys dont let things like this slip through to the book.  If it is common knowledge then I would presume he is opening himself up for trouble by knowledgeable gross neglegence.  I believe that was discussed in another post nonetheless.

Also guys dont forget your diet on your preg cows/heifers.  If they are fat your asking for it, especially in the last four months. We make that mistake when we take our show heifers and get them "beautiful" then try breeding them after all the shows. Some wont even breed for the first year.  If...

Old vets are the best...back on the dairy our vet told us to use plain Pet milk..that you use for cooking in eyes for pink-eye and cloud-over it has also worked on goats and my old dog.
