Hes out of a meyer 734 bred bull. I was kind of afraid he would be a little flat in the rib but his plus - hard to see in the pics is he has quite a bit of muscle in the butt

What does every one have for steers? I need something that will be no more than 600 in december - preffer a little smaller. I like color or solid red and less than $1000 from the mid west to west.

I had someone ask me to show some black angus heifers and cow calf pairs for him and wants to know how much I would charge. Here the thing - I have no clue!

I havent really seen it but have seen some that get out of any rope halter.  I'd say get a nylon halter - kinda like a show halter only nylon or use a horse halter

Every one in showmanship gets one at our county fair and I was told to wet it down, stretch, and set in sun to dry.

Oh i really liked him when i saw him on a bull page a few weeks ago and what i have seen of his calves they are awesome! I dont have to worry about breeding him to any carriers so he works for me

thanks! we sale tonight but beef sales last this year. i was told the last time someone sold a steer that looked like him here they got more than the grand champion. its cause of the hide. this is the steer that foundered so he lost a lot of his finish or he would have done better

We showed our steers yesterday and out of 200 head of steers I placed 11th overall with my blue steer

We have to ring bulls at a year. I have a friend that put a permenant one in his pup of an angus bull (this guy will sit on his butt like a dog in the field) and not long after they got it put in the bull was flinging some hay and hit his ring on hotwire and i guess it sounded like he was dieing
