Breeding recommendations for this Shorthorn cow

I will be AIing this PB Shorthorn cow (she's a HAHN Lot One x Ace of Diamonds) for the third time in about 10 months, and I'm looking for any breeding suggestions. I have attached photos of her below, and also of her first calf (he's a No Worries). I would prefer breeding her to a clubby or shorthorn bull. I would also like to breed her to a polled bull, because she had horns. I would like to breed her to a bull that would throw a lot of hair (she does have hair, but she's slick sheared right now) and one that would help her udder (her udder isn't very balanced, she has a extra teat, and her teats in the back are too short). What about Uncle Si?  I think you also might like Dakota Gold.  My best bull/steer calf this year is a Dakota Gold.  Throws gobs of hair.
