I have never heard of Th affecting the front legs of calves.  Yes the hernias and back legs are signs but the front legs is weird.  Our Th calf looked fine in the front  have of its body and was actually trying to get up before we had to put her to sleep.  I was so mad.  I guess that is my fault for buying a bull that was not tested.  Learned my lesson and sent him to the stockyard.  Hope this is the only problems you have this season.

What is the % chance of both twins being affected? Or is that common?

If they were identical twins (from the split egg) they have the same DNA and would therefore both be TH if one was.
