It's mid 60's here today but I know below zero will be around the corner.
What are some cold weather clothes you just can't work without?

For me it's a toss up between a good pair of lined gloves or my insulated muck boots. Just don't try putting the boots on without socks. I did that one night because of an emergency run to the barn. took me forever to get those things off my bare feet.

My Carhart bib overalls, Carhart Sweatshirt, and my Columbia coat.

It looks like I'll have a chance to break these out this week. The forecast is already giving us a storm warning for Wednesday night. They're saying we'll have a storm starting Wednesday night to Friday with enough heavy snow to bring down the power lines. Should be fun with just weaned calves in the pens right now.

A down filled vest, and my electric blanket cranked up just before I go and help something on a cold night.

a variety of hooded sweatshirts and old seed corn coats.  Apply as many layers as needed.

Flip flops and shorts!! Occasionally I have to break out a light weight jacket and jeans. This year we are going up to the mountains in North Carolina so I have been looking all over for some heavy winter clothes. I hoping to see some snow!!!!

Under armor. I love it in the winter. Red you should try it. It keeps you warm and wicks the moisture away.  I also have some thermals I use to wear when i trail rode that is super thin but keeps you super warm. Love my fur hat. I know...I am cruel, but it is rabbit and coyote. Not too endangered.

Nike has Compression Pro blows the UA away. They have so much more resarch and development it is not fair. BTY I have both. I just like the Nike better.

For a couple of decades I had a down filled vest that I always wore, but for some reason it just isn't comfortable anymore. I can still get it on, but the zipper doesn't seem quite right. LOL. Brent
