Is it just me or do they appear to be leggy?  Wish I had more fullblood knowledge, would love to go back and experiment with some of the fullblood bulls.
Is the exhibitor in the Maine heifers really named Brick House? what a play on words!

when treasures was born, she weighed 94 lbs out of a cow that usually runs 1650 in reasonable flesh.  Marketman calves across the board are probably 94# on bull calves and 86# on heifer calves.  I'v ehad them as big as 123# out of a Ton cow and as small as 59# out of a 1300# cow.

it depends on what bloodlines you have and what you are using them on, and lastly, how you feed them.

I liked these cows too.  I loved the daughter and would like to have a dozen like her.  Good breeding Mike.

I know the people that own Montego Bay and he is stout and hairy! Very good genetics to go with the bull.
