There are a variety of them. We use Ivomec.  They kill internal and external parasites, including lice.  Sunlight will kill the ringworm. If you can get them all in, we use bag balm or vaseline on ring worm.

We use Ivomec injectable for the Lice. it seems to kill more rapidly then pour on. I use pour on some of the cows because they are hard to catch. Some of the pour on's will burn the hair off. All the show calves we use Ivomec injections.
Ringworm- this year, its gotta just run its course unless you are diligent in keeping up with all the remedies on this board. It is a fungus so a dry enviroment and sunlight should in theory kill it off. We had a heck of time getting rid of it. When we clean pens we whipe everthing down with bleach so there is no residue.

we had a herd full of ringworm last year and we got some plant fungi killer which is a powder and mixed it to a paste and spread it on the spots about every other day for a week and the hair will start to grow back in a week or so.

We use Fluid Film on ringworm also, works pretty well.  Scrape off the dry patches first.

Blue Star ointment for Ringworm. I have posted this before on here. It is THE BEST, and the cheapest treatment we have ever used. Hair is growing back in days, instead of waiting weeks.

Pour On or injectable Ivomec for the cows. Something you should be doing every year not just when they get lice, should be part of your vaccine program. No reason to worry about ring worm if its in your cow herd, it will be gone before to long and isn't hurting them any. No reason to run them through the chute every day to put bag balm or whatever on the ringworm.
